1) What SolarGuard provides

SolarGuard provides remote diagnostics, monitoring support, warranty coordination, and service dispatch coordination. SolarGuard does not perform electrical or roof work unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2) Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranties typically cover replacement parts subject to eligibility and manufacturer approval. Labor, truck rolls, roof work, and related costs are typically not included. SolarGuard makes no guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a warranty claim.

3) Service dispatch

When onsite work is required, SolarGuard may coordinate a third-party technician. Third-party service labor is billed separately. SolarGuard may collect payment and remit payment to service partners. Pricing ranges are provided before scheduling work.

4) Membership billing & cancellation

Membership is billed monthly or annually, based on your selection. You may cancel anytime. No cancellation fees apply. Membership benefits continue through the end of the current billing period.

5) Access to monitoring

You may provide SolarGuard access to your monitoring portal or screenshots. SolarGuard uses this information solely to diagnose and support your system.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of production, savings, or utility rate changes.
